My Purpose

Serving to empower you to navigate a rapidly changing world with a new sense of trust, clarity, and belonging.

My journey has been one of continuous transformation—shifting from survival-mode into the ongoing creation of an authentic, aligned life.

Having faced the shadows of sexual and emotional childhood abuse, I once relied on unhealthy coping mechanisms to get by. Over time, I was fortunate to turn that pain into a healing journey that reshaped how I live and connect with myself and others.

Fearing abandonment, I searched for a sense of belonging in all the wrong places. I used the adrenaline of a fast-paced, colorful life to outrun my pain—masking suicidal depression, self-harm, and addictions with over-achievement, boundary-pushing, and living life at breakneck speed.

While it may have looked vibrant on the outside, inside it often felt hollow—like I was cast in roles that didn’t belong to me, disconnected from my inner compass.

Life has its ways of shaking me awake. A heavy skiing accident, the pandemic, losing socially acclaimed roles like my job, betrayal in a relationship I thought was unshakable, and my father not recognizing me for months as he recovered from a coma all became catalysts for confronting the stories I had clung to for protection.

When I began peeling back the layers of those narratives, what I discovered was liberating: stripping them away brought me closer to belonging and authenticity. It made me feel more real, raw, vulnerable, curious, creative, connected, bold, and fearless as I find myself living on the edge of my comfort zone.

Creativity was once my coping mechanism; now it’s my way of being. Restless energy has found a way to be alchemized into living at my highest frequency— a way of serving each moment best, which is where our journeys connect.

Paying it forward on a journey of co-creation, healing, and collective well-being

Creativity has always been my rescue mechanism—a way to express myself as an antidote to feeling depressed.

I've been fortunate to have guidance from life mentors, mental health professionals, and friends who helped me rewire how I use my energy by shifting my mindset toward living creatively and learning to trust myself as my own guide.

Through decades of applied analysis, psychotherapy, processing work, body awareness practices, and creative healing techniques, I’ve gained serious skin in the game. This personal evolution has equipped me with an arsenal of real-life insights, methods, and tools to pay forward.

  • Raised in Germany with a multicultural background as the daughter of Irish and African American artists, creativity has been woven into my life from the start. Playing piano, dancing, and singing on stage from a young age introduced me to the power of expression.

An extended family spanning continents has gifted me with a perspective that transcends borders. For me, “home” is about inner connection—more than a place on a map—and is reflected in relationships, experiences, and the way I engage with the world.

Having lived in Munich, Berlin, Dublin, London, New York, Madrid, and Stuttgart so far, each city has shaped my worldview in unique ways, teaching me to see beyond geographical boundaries.

With a free-spirited and adventurous nature, I thrive in spaces that challenge conventional categories. I'm energized by breaking out of restrictive molds and continuously striving to unlearn ingrained patterns and norms.

Embracing a nomadic mindset, I enjoy being on the road and feel most alive outdoors. Growing up horseback riding, ski racing, and running marathon instilled in me a love for movement as a way of connecting with the present moment. I walk anywhere as a way of moving through the day and can be found hiking or ski-touring up mountains whenever the opportunity arises.

  • Throughout 25 years of professional engagement in the fashion industry, I have worked in high-pressure design environments, engaging with professionals in design, leadership, and entrepreneurship, both learning from and mentoring others.

Working among others at Alexander McQueen in London, Zac Posen in NY, and the luxury brand Loewe as part of LVMH in Madrid, I spent a decade as head of design at HUGO BOSS Womanswear, also setting up two Design Startups in HK and Tokyo throughout my career. These diverse experiences allowed me to collaborate with global creative teams from various cultures and backgrounds, deriving invaluable insights through active participation in the field.
